Use iCloud / Apple Mail

Apple has no sign-in button for mail and calendar, so iCloud needs a one-time app-specific password. It takes about a minute:

  1. Open account.apple.com and sign in, then go to Sign-In & Security → App-Specific Passwords.
  2. Click +, name it Daily Brief, and copy the password it shows (looks like abcd-efgh-ijkl-mnop).
  3. Paste it below. That's it, this is not your normal Apple password.

Using a custom domain? Enter the email your Apple ID actually uses (often an @icloud.com address). Your brief still arrives in the same inbox.

Read access only, used once each morning to build your brief. No person ever reads your mail or calendar, and we store none of it, only an encrypted connection key. Disconnect any time. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
